Our client is a boutique search firm operating in the alternative investment space in Europe. They are seeking an exceptional EA to support the Chair & Founder, and CEO. This company prides itself on building long-standing relationships and the position requires the EA to really understand the needs of the business and the company’s clients and be able to prioritise the Executives’ workflow with thoughtful and confident planning. Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Full EA support to the Chair & Founder, and CEO

  • Proactive and thoughtful diary management and planning 

  • Arranging and scheduling meetings 

  • Understanding the clients and the needs of the business, prioritising workflow

  • Being a true right-hand support and gatekeeper

  • Organising travel and accommodation

  • Arranging and planning events

  • Database management

  • Some personal administration

  • Assisting with marketing materials


Requirements:


You will:

  • have prior experience of at least 5 years working as an Executive or Personal Assistant, at senior level (essential)

  • have industry experience and knowledge of the alternative investment and/or executive search space

  • be comfortable working across multiple time zones (essential)

  • be able to demonstrate thoughtful and proactive scheduling

  • be able to quickly understand the needs of the business and clients

  • have an excellent academic record (essential)

  • have the ability to act with discretion and be a true gatekeeper

  • be able and willing to work flexibly from time to time around the needs of the business (essential)

  • be proactive and detail-oriented

  • have excellent communication skills, written and spoken

  • have high energy and a positive attitude


Details:

  • Hybrid working (3/4 days in the office, days change around needs of the business)

  • Permanent hire

  • Central London

  • Salary: £55k to £60k

  • Start: ASAP

  • Excellent benefits

  • You will be expected to complete testing as part of the application process
