About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and adaptable EA to support the CEO and Senior Management Team in a fast-growing global technology firm. This role requires a flexible and switched-on EA who has the ability to manage multiple priorities and hit the ground running. This is a newly created position, focused on working closely with the CEO and wider Senior Management team to help lighten the administrative load and coordinate companywide initiatives. The ideal candidate would also be able to take on some office management responsibilities when required. You will be joining the company at a point of huge growth and this is a real opportunity to shape the role yourself.

Requirements

 Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Full diary management for the CEO, including proactive scheduling to show understanding of business priority and needs

  • Work across time-zones to ensure a seamless workflow

  • Understand the needs of the business and the teams and prioritise accordingly

  • Fully manage the CEO’s inbox and prioritise tasks and correspondence

  • Understand and build relationships with clients and acting as gatekeeper

  • Organise domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodation, including preparing itineraries

  • Prepare relevant materials and presentations ahead of client meetings

  • Collate and prepare documentation for internal meetings

  • Expenses management and liaising with the finance team

  • Oversight of company projects and the management and tracking of progress

  • Responsible for event management internally and externally for the business, from international conferences to internal team meetings including meeting rooms

  • Provide a level of administrative support to the Senior Management Team, including scheduling and travel

  • Support with the day to day running of the office including fire and safety procedures

 

Skills, experience and qualifications required:

 

  • At least 6 years of experience supporting as an EA at C-Suite level (Essential)

  • Positive, calm and collected demeanour

  • Proactive and self starting

  • Problem solver

  • Good understanding of MS Office, Teams, Slack, Docusign

  • The ability to prioritise and demonstrate flexibility

  • Office management experience

  • Experience working in an environment of high growth (Essential)
