In summary:

You must gain express permission from the referred candidate prior to sending us their information;

You must introduce them via email;

The referral must be a new candidate, not previously registered or have been contacted by Bower Search within the last 12 months;

The referral fee will be paid after the candidate has completed 3 months* of employment in the new position;

The candidate is eligible to work in the UK.
